Start Up - Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a welcome message from us explaining how to log in to our customer center and provide instructions to your assigned staff. Generally, your staff will be assigned and on duty for you within 48 hours of your order being received. We will also issue your phone number within that period. If you want you VA to use your own SIP based phone, please provide us with details of your phone systems and preferences so that we can connect to your phone system accordingly.

We do not provide advanced supervision, meaning that we do not oversee the actual tasks undertaken. Rather, you would need to directly interact with your assigned staff to ensure that work is being carried out to your satisfaction. You would also need to be sure to assign sufficient, clearly-defined work and to monitor work progress in order to get as much value as possible out of your paid support period.
