Client deals in used cars and commercial vehicles, it’s a Japan based company and has customer service and billing department in Singapore. Client has a website where customers can see the vehicles available in our stock with their complete details and if they find it suitable as per their requirement they can place the order online selecting the destination port where they want the vehicle to be delivered.

Client is offering commercial and noncommercial vehicles to its customer with a very competitive price as compared to other companies in market.

8. Challenges we faced in this process to achieve the desired from client?
Biggest challenge that we faced when we started handling this process at LiveHelpIndia was to make Client Buyer’s believe that Client is a genuine company, because there were many fraudulent companies in Japanese market who had created their website and had displayed many cars, but once a customer use to place order and pay they never delivered it to customer.

9. What we did to overcome the hurdles?
To overcome the hurdles first of all we started corresponding to all pending emails and queries that customers had sent through email and at the same time every incoming call was answered which was not happening earlier and slowly in few days’ time we built faith in our Client Buyer’s towards our Japanese Client and now we have thousands of buyers again doing millions of dollars of daily business with our Japanese Client.

Our Team learned a lot many new things about customer service as in this profile we deal with all kind of customers happy-Unhappy and neutral. To deal with all 3 kinds of customers you need to be patient and generous and you should never say no to any customer directly even if there is nothing you can do about his problem. Client is happy with our services because in the time span of more than one and half years there are many buyers associated with us who are continuously doing business with the client and will keep doing in future for same good reasons.
