Our Per Agent Billing plan is best suitable for Organizations with large call traffic or who need a dedicated full time agent to perform specific tasks or to provide technical support services.

In this plan, Our agent be dedicated to your process only. Services are designed and can be customized to suit your needs. Starting from 9 hours a day, 5 days a week (including 1 hour of total breaks), you can extend the services for up-to 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week!
You are billed for the 200 hours per month for the dedicates agent's services. For All absents, Back Agent can be provided or 100% payment be deducted for absent hours, if any.


Per Agent Billing Plan starts at $4.9/hour (Full Time/ Part Time).

Service Level Agreement

- We sign SLA with you to protect your business information and Intellectual Property Rights per PCI data Security & CMM level 3 process.
- All payments in monthly advance.
- Full Deductions for absences. Soonest CSR/ Staff replacements, if case needed.
- In house Contact Center Training facilities, with your help and in observations of our one of Team Leaders will train other CSRs/ staff.
