  3. LiveHelpIndia needs 1 month advance notice before you cancel any service with us.
  4. All the services are month to month, no contract.

Service Level Agreement

- We sign SLA with you to protect your business information and Intellectual Property Rights per PCI data Security & CMM   level 3 process.

- All payments in monthly advance.
- Full Deductions for absences. Soonest CSR/ Staff replacements, if case needed.
- In house Contact Center Training facilities, with your help and in observations of our one of Team Leaders will train other   CSRs/ staff.
