Q How often do we pay you?
A We work out client specific deals which helps
to make things as convenient as possible for you. Our
popular interval is every 2 weeks, but we are ok with
Monthly as well.
Q How can we make payment?
A We accept International Bank Wires, Credit Card
and Phone. If there is another form of payment you
would prefer then don?t hesitate to contact us to ask.
Q What if I want to cancel?
A Canceling is very easy and you do not have to
worry about being locked in for months. We go on a
month to month basis, all you need to do is give us 1
months advanced notice and we will take care of it for
you.
Q I want to add another staff member, what do I do?
A Adding a new staff member is very easy,
especially if you have an existing account with us.
The reason for this is the new staff can be trained
effortlessly and at no costs to you by one of our
other members. Just send us an email with the request
and we will take care of the rest. Your new staff
could start next week!

Q What kind of support do you offer?
A There is no one way to answer this as we do not
want to limit ourselves. There is of course the common
support for web hosting websites for help with
technical support etc. System admin type support is
also common. However most of our clients offer unique
products or services which require training. Software
products, E-Books, Info-Products, Physical Products
etc. There is no limit to what we can learn and how
quick we can learn it.
Q How long will it take to train your staff?
A This depends of course on your specific product
or service you want us to support/sell. typically it
takes us about 2 weeks to fully train one of our
managers, this manager will then train his team. The
process is made easier if you have a website with more
information. So typically 2 weeks, we can start
offering our help but it will take 1 month to be fully
trained and confident. During this time we work
closely with you to ensure you are happy with our
standards.
Q Is my company safe with you?
A Well what kind of company would reply with a
'No' is what we say. We are here to lift up your
company and make it all that it can be! Our true
interests over the past 3 years have been to honestly
help and to serve our clients... We are still yet to
have a client leave. So put some trust in us, and we
will return it 10 fold.
Q How many staff is needed to cover 24 hours?
A Commonly it takes 4 staff taking 6 hour
rotations. Alternatively we could have 3 staff working
8 hour shifts. So there will only be 1 staff at a
time. If you require 2 staff (for example) at one
time, then it would take 8 staff working 6 hour
rotations or 6 staff working 8 hour rotations. You
will ever only pay ($x/hour times # of staff working
at one time) of course.
Q I've got a unique service, can you guys help?
A We have access to a large talent pool, let us
know your unique requirements and we dare you to
challenge us! We are quick to learn, flexible and can
always help you.
Q Is it easy to get started with you guys?
A It is a lot easier then you think, this is
through clear communication with you and thanks to our
flexibility. It is not a complicated process to get
things started as we take all the hard work out of it
so that you can relax and enjoy your new outsourcing
experience.
Q I would like to setup a Toll Free Number (or want
it forwarded to you), can you assist?
A If you already have a Toll Free Number you can
have it forwarded to our setup numbers very easily. If
you do not have an existing toll free number but would
like one, we can take the hard work out of it and set
it all up. The only fee you will pay is approx
$0.05/minute. |
