SOCIAL SEARCH GETS INVISIBLE ON GOOGLE WITH THE UNVEILING OF THE NEW SOCIAL SEARCH FUNCTION
Google is up to testing a new Social search function to make it much easier for the people to search for their friends’ blogs & twitter feeds. To avail this service, it is necessary to have an open profile with Google that involves personal contact information. Once this term is met, the user can get the access to the service at the Google Labs.
This service of Social search functions in the following presented way:
· Typing any city’s name in the search tab will yield a list if friends in the user’s social network who have posted items.
· Settings for this service can be altered so that only the postings from the close friends & acquaintances are included in the Social Graph.
This service is currently available only in English & this social search works quickly as compared to the similar feature that was introduced before.
It is due to this feature that the Google Social Search has been kept low for sometime, so that the new feature can be worked efficiently upon. If anybody tries searching something on this topic, it fails to present the search results saying, “The experiment you’re trying to access is no longer available. Go to experiments overview.” This feature was launched recently so that the people can search their friends successfully. But pulling this feature out so soon after its launch is something that is indigestible in case of Google. GOOGLE SIMPLIFIES THE SEARCH OF WORLD BANK PUBLIC DATA

IT Outsourcing in India in 2009
The year 2007-2008 has been great for the IT outsourcing service providers as far as the revenue generation part is concerned, but since the era of the very well know recession period commenced, companies have been hit back seriously. In the late 2008 it was assumed that IT outsourcing will be one of those area where recession will find it hard to creep through but eventually it did now. More than 550 billion dollar is generated through IT outsourcing and just about 10% of this comes from India.
But the slowdown effect in the Indian IT companies is showing now and even IT outsourcing is also vulnerable to this global breakdown of the economy. One of the major problem that is been faced by the company is the decision making process since the economy at this stage is very dicey and skeptical.
Henceforth the decision cycle will be longer and by the IT outsourcing companies will find it harder in the third and the final quarter of the year says experts.
Although there is a brighter side of this disaster. The orthodox pricing models which used to be dependent on the inputs provided, will now change, perhaps for the good and the outcome based pricing models will be more evident in the future (they already are).
